Passing through San Martino via Val di Roda dairy farm and Col meadows, the route continues on a forest road to Malga Crel before reaching the highest point, "Lago di Calaita". The trail proceeds along the Lozen valley through paths and forest roads to Passo Gobbera, a characteristic village in the Vanoi Valley.
