The house is in a central but very quiet location and the center can be easily reached with a 5 minutes walk. In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores and restaurants, pharmacy and a bus stop. Active guests will find numerous sports opportunities around the village of Mezzano. In summer trekking, mountain climbing, canoeing and mountainbike-tours in the valley and in the surrounding areas. In winter cross-country skiing, snow hiking and much more. For nature lovers there is the opportunity to visit the nearby park Villa Welperg as well as the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino national park. Located on the first floor, the apartment can comfortably accommodate families up to 4 people. It consists of a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as one bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a large balcony and garden with the possibility of a swimming pool for children and a parking space. Washing machine and dryer as well as the bike storage are available in dedicated areas. For any smart-working needs, a room with two PC-stations is available upon reservation and surcharge.
