Dolomiti Family Adventures Experience

The experiences offered within the Dolomiti Family Adventures Experience project are activities proposed by the Azienda per il Turismo San Martino di Castrozza, Primiero, Vanoi, headquartered at Via Dante, 6 38054 Fiera di Primiero (TN), in collaboration with local entities, as well as activities proposed by third-party partners and marketed by ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the users, no refund of the cost paid at the time of booking is provided.

Substitute Service and Force Majeure
If the experience becomes impossible due to force majeure, such as weather conditions deemed unsuitable for the excursion at the sole discretion of the organizer, ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi is required to refund any amount received from the user as confirmation of the booking. However, with the user's consent, ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi may provide an alternative service, replacing the booked one that became impossible, as long as the former has equivalent or superior characteristics to the latter.

ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi therefore cannot provide any guarantees nor assume any responsibility for the performance of such activities, even if carried out for minors, handicapped persons, or individuals with low abilities.If the disclaimers and these legal notices are viewed and accepted by the person exercising parental authority, it is noted that this also implies the assumption of responsibility for assessing the suitability, both educational and psycho-physical, for the chosen activity, in addition to what is indicated in the specific disclaimer that will be provided and which you are invited to read and sign with due attention in the interest of yourself and your child/children.The clauses included here are not intended to avoid compliance with the requirements prescribed by current legislation, nor to exclude liability in cases where it cannot be excluded under current legislation, but only to clarify the content of the relationship and the obligations to which each party is mutually bound.For any dispute arising in relation to both the use of this site and the proposed activity, or for any other reason, between the user and ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi, the user accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Trento.

The subscriber, having chosen to participate in the booked activity, confirms the following:
I declare that I have carefully read the complete disclaimer of the specific document containing detailed information regarding the booked activity and the ways in which it will be provided by ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi and the partner organizers;I also declare that I have fully understood the content of the complete disclaimer of the specific document and confirm my intention to participate in the aforementioned activity in the manner described in this documentation;I declare that I am aware that the activity I am about to undertake involves assuming risks, partially mitigated by the presence of the Guide where provided. Nevertheless, I am aware that there is still a residual risk, not completely eliminable, and I therefore commit not to hold the organization responsible in case of an accident;I commit and oblige myself to strictly adhere to all directives, indications, and warnings given to me by the Guide, where present, before, during, and after the activity until returning to the meeting point, and to refrain from any personal initiatives, always collaborating to ensure the successful outcome of the activity as indicated and/or required;I also commit now to accept and not dispute any decisions by the Guide, where present, to postpone, suspend or change the Experience, acknowledging in advance the validity of the reason leading to such a choice;I commit and oblige myself to prepare and bring with me the appropriate clothing as per the specific document, and to wear and use all the equipment provided, following all instructions and guidance that will be further provided. I declare that I am aware of the risks arising from the use of the equipment, which must be used in accordance with the instructions, but still under my responsibility. I also commit to compensate for any damage resulting from improper use of the equipment provided by the organization;I also declare that I have adequate experience for the activity I registered for, am in good physical condition, and do not suffer from physical conditions that could affect the successful outcome of the activity or that could prevent me from performing the activity or be aggravated by it and/or would require the Organization to adopt specific measures and arrangements. In such a case, I commit to directly contact the organization at least 48 hours in advance to allow ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi to accept/refuse/modify my booking. In any case, I commit to accept the Organization's assessments regarding my suitability to participate in the activity and/or the methods to face parts of it;I am aware that during transfers that may occur using third-party vehicles, it is mandatory to fasten seat belts, and I will hold ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi harmless from the payment of any fines arising from my non-compliance. I declare not to hold ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero e Vanoi responsible for thefts or losses of my personal belongings left on the organization’s transport vehicles.
