Every day, the skilled hands of the cheesemakers at the Primiero Dairy produce extraordinary creations that embody and tell the story of these lands. But in our malghe (mountain dairies), Alpine refuges, and gourmet restaurants, you will soon discover that beyond cheese, at the foot of the Pale di San Martino there are many other delights: from herb- and flower-flavoured mountain speck and lucanica cauriota sausage to delicate wildflower and rhododendron honey, fresh berries and the award-winning Bionoc’ craft beer.
