Although beer is not a traditional product of Trentino, the Premiata Birreria Valserena in Siror was already producing around 5,000 hectolitres a year at the beginning of the 20th century.
Today, this legacy is carried on by local craft breweries that offer high-quality beers, some of which are connected to local grain supply chains to produce fine regional malts.
The Bionoc’ Brewery in Mezzano produces unpasteurized craft beers to preserve their aroma, unfiltered to retain body, and bottle-conditioned to ensure perfect preservation.
