The Speck with Herbs and Flowers from Primiero is made from pork legs of Trentino origin, dry-cured for fifteen days. At the end of the two-month aging process, it is refined with herbs and flowers (mallow, savory, and marigold) grown by the ERBORÌ farm in Tonadico di Primiero. This gives the speck a unique freshness that sets it apart from traditionally produced varieties. The entire product is made without allergens.
