Pristine meadows, traditional beekeeping techniques, and honey extraction guarantee the quality of mountain honey. In addition to mountain wildflower honey, two particularly prized monofloral honeys are produced: rhododendron and forest honeydew. These honeys, produced by local beekeepers who are members of the Dolomites Cheese Route, are available at the Primiero Dairy and other grocery stores.
