A guided tour to discover how cheese is made: from milk supplied by local farmers, to processing in the vats, through to maturation in the ageing rooms. The visit ends with a tasting led by a qualified taster.

DISCOVERING THE WORLD OF BIONOC’
Guided tour of the award-winning Bionoc’ craft brewery. The experience offers an inside look at brewing, with an introduction to techniques and a final tasting of beers produced entirely in Primiero.

Let’s make spätzle
Learn the secrets of spätzle, a classic dish of Trentino cuisine. During a live demonstration, a local chef will guide you through its preparation, followed by a small tasting.
