A trip along the Strada dei Formaggi delle Dolomiti is not just an opportunity to discover the typical products of these lands, but a journey through space and time, engaging all five senses—from Primiero to Vanoi, and on to the nearby Fiemme and Fassa valleys. More than 100 local players—producers, restaurants, farm stays, mountain huts, artisan shops, accommodations, as well as the Vanoi Ecomuseum and the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Natural Park—participate in this culinary club, committed to promoting and valuing local dairy products and other regional specialties.
