Taking part in this "flavour club" are more than 100 local businesses, including producers, restaurants, farm stays, malghe, shops and accommodation facilities, as well as the Vanoi Ecomuseum and the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Nature Park – all committed to using and promoting dairy products and other local specialities.
