Lorenza Cosner, a former blue cross-country ski athlete, lives in Passo Cereda with her family and has decided for some years to dedicate herself to the breeding of goats and to produce with the milk of these docile animals caciotte, ricotta and other delicacies with a genuine taste.
In his small dairy he sells km0 products, but also small artifacts and dolls in fabric that he sews during the winter months, when he has more time to devote to this second passion.
