Located in Transacqua, in a very panoramic area of the Primiero at an altitude of 1,080 metres, overlooking the Pale di San Martino group, this old family farmhouse was renovated in the late 1980s. Today the Agritur Le Vale offers overnight stays and catering by sourcing directly from its own livestock farm. The restaurant thus offers delicious traditional dishes based on cheeses from the Dairy, porcini mushrooms and desserts with elderberry jam and fresh raspberries.
