Meeting at Malga Rolle at 8:45 AM. We walk towards Chalet La Baita and at 9:00 AM we will start a PilatesYoga practice in the silence of nature. A gentle practice suitable for everyone, to rediscover the beauty of slow and unforced movement, through breath and listening.
