A cooking course dedicated to homemade baking with autumn ingredients. Silvia Coletto, a professional chef, food blogger of Dolci Mari e Monti, and expert in Trentino recipes, will guide us in preparing tasty and original baked goods using ingredients like pumpkin, apples, and dried fruit.
Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for making the recipes. At the end of the experience, we will taste the breads made, pairing them with cold cuts and cheeses from our territory and a good glass of Trentino wine.
