Four one-on-one appointments with producers, dedicated to four excellences of Primiero, to discover the territory through its flavors, traditions, and the stories of the protagonists who safeguard its identity every day.

The flavor of Siror's smoked meat.

An event dedicated to Siror's smoked meat, one of the most representative products of the local culinary tradition. The very young Diego from Macelleria Bonelli, a student of ENAIP Primiero, will guide participants in a live show cooking, demonstrating how to enhance this ingredient through an original and contemporary recipe, developed together with Chef Stefano Goller.

At the end of the meeting, it will be possible to taste the dish prepared during the demonstration, accompanied by a glass of Trentino wine, for an experience that celebrates taste, territory, and conviviality.
