Earth Market and countryside aperitif.
Small producers and artisans from the Slow Food Coalition of Primiero and nearby Slow Food Coalitions animate the garden of the Palace with their fragrant and colorful stalls, filled with km0 fruits and vegetables, as well as grains and flours, cheeses, herb and mountain flower products, honey, chocolate and pastries, spirits, natural cosmetics, wool and felt creations, and other artisanal treasures.
Not just a simple village market, but a place of conviviality where you can spend quality time together. The place to make a good, clean, and fair purchase, but above all, where you can connect with the peasant knowledge and artisan identity of the territory, learn about the Slow Food world and the solidarity purchasing groupsactive in the valley.
On the program:
- a good aperitif in good company with the products of the Earth Market. Cost: €8.00 without reservation
- Fragrance of Bread: lighting of the community oven with a demonstration and chat about homemade bread making, also using km0 flours. Possibility to bring your own loaf of bread to bake for free, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- During the afternoon, there will be opportunities for craft demonstrations, workshops, and games for the little ones, meetings with authors, and talks accompanied by tastings of local products.
