Land market and farmer's aperitif.
Small producers and artisans from the Slow Conduct of Primiero and nearby Slow Food Conducts animate the garden of the Palace with their fragrant and colorful stalls, laden with zero km fruits and vegetables, but also with grains and flours, cheeses, products made from mountain herbs and flowers, honey, chocolate and sweets, distillates, natural cosmetics, wool and felt creations, and other artisanal treasures.
Not just a simple village market, but a place of conviviality where you can spend quality time together. The place to shop for good, clean, and fair products, but above all where you can connect with peasant knowledge and artisan identity of the territory, get to know the Slow Food world and the groups of solidarity purchase active in the valley.
On the agenda:
- a good aperitif in company with the products of the Land Market, paired with a glass of Trentino wine or a local non-alcoholic drink. Cost: €8.00 without reservation
- Smell of Bread: lighting of the community oven with demonstrations and chats about homemade baking, also using zero km flours. Possibility to bring your own loaf of bread to bake for free, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- During the afternoon, there will be opportunities for craft demonstrations, workshops, and games for the little ones, meetings with authors, and talks accompanied by tastings of local products
