A spectacular circular trek in the heart of the Pale di San Martino, starting from San Martino di Castrozza near the Colverde-Rosetta lifts. The route climbs along path 701 to Rifugio Rosetta (2,743 m, near Cima Rosetta), set on the evocative Dolomite plateau. From the hut, path 709 leads to the Fradusta Glacier and the panoramic Cima Fradusta (2,939 m), before descending to Rifugio Pradidali. The hike continues through the spectacular Val Pradidali and Val Canali, at the foot of Dolomite icons such as Sass Maor and Cima Canali, reaching Rifugio Treviso. Return to Rosetta via path 707 and descent by cable car: a complete itinerary combining panoramic views, mountain huts and the unspoilt nature of the Dolomites.

The Palaronda Trek North is an exciting circular trek in the Pale di San Martino, starting from Passo Rolle. The route climbs towards Baita Segantini and crosses the evocative Val Venegia to Rifugio Mulaz, at the foot of Monte Mulaz. It then continues through spectacular scenery towards the plateau and Rifugio Rosetta, with unique views over the northern range of the Pale. The descent through Val di Roda leads to Rifugio Velo della Madonna, passing through woodland and Dolomite rock faces, before returning to San Martino di Castrozza. A complete itinerary featuring mountain huts, alpine passes and iconic Dolomite landscapes, ideal for experienced hikers.

From the plateau, the route reaches Passo di Ball and the Ferrata Nico Gusela up to the panoramic Cima di Val di Roda, before continuing towards Rifugio Velo della Madonna along the Ferrata del Velo. The trek then continues beneath the eastern face of Sass Maor to Rifugio Pradidali, returning via the Ferrata del Porton and the Ferrata della Vecia. A possible variant leads to Cima Fradusta and Rifugio Rosetta. A technical and panoramic itinerary, ideal for experienced hikers and via ferrata enthusiasts in the Dolomites.

The itinerary includes the Ferrata Bolver Lugli on Cimon della Pala, Rifugio Velo della Madonna, Rifugio Treviso and Rifugio Pradidali, with numerous variants and panoramic summits.
