Palazzo Scopoli, a historic heritage building dating back to the year 1000, was originally built in Tonadico as a granary and “bread bank,” later serving as an administrative center, courthouse, and noble residence. Today, it has returned to its roots and functions as a showcase and cultural hub for the food heritage of Primiero, while also serving as a center for art in all its forms, from painting and design to music, reading, and theater.

The beautiful wooden Stube, a green garden, and a charming view over village life make this space the beating heart of a true “diffused museum of taste,” created for and with the community.

Here, Trentino’s food and wine productions take center stage, becoming a display of local excellence to be discovered and experienced through authentic activities. It is not only a meeting place but also a storytelling hub: each traditional product tells a story of heritage, land, and passion, preserved by generations of producers, culinary artisans, chefs, and associations that animate the cultural and gastronomic life of the valley.
