Archaic figures, intense looks, presences that seem to emerge from the ground itself: Luciano Scalet's terracotta works tell of a deep link between feminine, nature and spirituality. The Warrior Gods of the Mountain exhibition is a symbolic journey between female figures who guard the sacred places of the woods, ancient presences that protect, observe and inhabit the silence of the mountain.
The small sculptures, material and powerful, evoke distant myths and at the same time speak to the present, reminding us of the respect due to nature and its balances. Each work is an encounter, a dialogue between strength and sacredness, between roots and memory.
The exhibition can be visited at the Intercommunal Library of Primiero until 15 March. A special opportunity to be inspired by the art and deep breath of the woods.
