Excellent double-stranded dairy linked to the local artisan tradition. Discover its products directly in the store or in the related agritourisms.

Milk, rennet and salt: these are the only three simple ingredients used by the Dairy of Primiero. No additives or preservatives. Founded in 1981, it produces traditional cheeses from the Primiero and Vanoi valleys, such as Tosèla, Primiero cheese and Trentingrana. The milk is obtained from cattle fed fresh grass in summer or from fodder of mainly local origin, with supplements of GMO-free feed. This results in a raw material with a high standard of quality already starting from the barn of origin and further verified by a series of meticulous checks. The products, which also include pasta, sauces, flour, biscuits and jams, can also be enjoyed in the Malga Rolle and Malga Fossernica agritourisms.

STRENGTH
The quality of the strictly short-chain raw materials treated with artisanal methods.

NB: Primiero's Dairy recalls that raw milk products are not suitable for people with a developing or compromised immune system. Therefore, it is not recommended for frail subjects, pregnant women and the elderly and highly discouraged for children under the age of 10.
