The Central Restaurant has always paid great attention to the quality and sustainability of the materials used in the preparation of the disheswe use zero-kilometre raw materials, organic and of our own production, with the awareness that the reduction of waste production makes the difference in the protection of our beautiful location, to preserve an intact environment of rare beauty. The quality of the products and the rediscovery of ancient flavours are the basis of our proposals with the best dishes of Valligiano, Trentino and Tyrolean cuisine. Typical cold cuts, Trentino delicacies, cheese from the Primiero dairy, tartare and game from our game, wild mushrooms and homemade desserts... and to finish our grappas flavoured with mountain herbs or berries. Large panoramic room overlooking Pale di San Martino in ancient larch, deer stubes in pine wood and an external terrace overlooking the centre of the village.
