Local aromas and flavours, in every sense: our dishes follow the seasonality of the ingredients, which we grow and collect personally in our garden whenever possible, from vegetables to herbs, up to the apples of our homemade strudel, together with other desserts and the great classics of Italian and regional cuisine: from fresh pasta to stuffed tortelli, from gnocchi to canederli, combined with local specialities and excellences, such as cured meats and cheese from the Caseificio di Primiero.
