The journey returns between meadows and farmhouses, this time in the enchanting location of Siror.
An opportunity to discover an area off the tourist routes, witness demonstrations of activities related to local tradition, and also taste various dishes and local products at Km0.
Length: 12km | Elevation gain: approx. 500m. The itinerary features uphill sections and is therefore recommended for fairly fit individuals and children from 8 years old and up. The ascent will be interspersed with the tasty stops of Dì al Maso, making the effort feel much less. The itinerary runs on paved paths and forest trails, so it cannot be done with a stroller.
Itinerary:
- Stop 1 - Hotel Siror: the day begins with a full dose of tradition. Hot barley coffee and freshly baked apple pie, a simple and genuine breakfast to start with a smile.
- Stop 2 - Ronchet location: refreshing stop with elderflower juice from Agritur Dalaip dei Pape.
- Stop 3 - Peza del Van location: tasting of yogurt from the Caseificio di Primiero with small fruits from Agritur Dalaip dei Pape accompanied by Alice's accordion.
- Stop 4 - Civerton location: a demonstration stop of haymaking and the farming activities of the past.
- Stop 5 - Piada location: tasting of cheeses from the Caseificio di Primiero.
- Stop 6 - Pianeze location: demonstration of artisan work with corn leaves and appetizers with cured meats from Macelleria Bonelli.
- Stop 7 - Pianeze location: demonstration of the cheese-making of tosèla with subsequent tasting of this typical cheese from Primiero.
- Stop 8 - Polina location: tasting of polenta, stewed beans with sausage and cabbage.
- Stop 9 - Polineta location: telling of a legend from Primiero.
- Stop 10 - Petina location: a break to savor an inviting Linzer Torte and a great cup of coffee.
- Stop 11 - Pergher location: a delicious snack with smorum and blueberry jam accompanied by "canzon de sti ani" (the songs of old times)
- Stop 12 - Le Rosse location: tasting of grappas or herbal teas and historical notes on the mines of Primiero.
