The brand-new CRODA GRANDA AGNER WILD TREK is a 3-day loop itinerary starting and ending in Sagron Mis. It is a slow journey framed by the magical landscapes of the Pale di San Martino, Croda Granda, and Mount Agner. The route features a rugged and wild environment, completely immersed in the pristine nature that only this region can offer.
From Passo Cereda, you will hike up toward the Malga Cavallera mountain hut, passing below Passo delle Regade before reaching Forcella d’Oltro. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over Val Canali and the southeastern Pale di San Martino, where the mighty Cima Canali stands out. The trail continues through spruce forests and breathtaking vistas until you reach Rifugio Scarpa. This hut boasts a unique location overlooking Moiazza, the San Sebastiano group, Agner, and Croda Granda (Pale di San Martino Group), an iconic mountain in mountaineering history.
From there, you will return to the village of Sagron Mis via Forcella Aurine and Gosaldo, then follow part of the Vallalta and Sagron Mis Mining Trail.
