A 6-session journey through Yoga, Forest Bathing, and Meditation, rediscovering awareness through breath and in what feels like home to us.
We experience the forest as if it were our first time, returning to our roots.

Meeting at Hotel Vezzana in Passo Rolle at 9:00 AM. PilatesYoga lesson in the garden with guided Mindfulness. Followed by a light breakfast and then a hike to Capanna Cervino (departure at 10:30 AM) with the option for lunch.

A slow and mindful walk at the foot of the Pale di San Martino, activating our 5 senses and reconnecting with ourselves and Mother Earth.
We rediscover the true meaning of walking among these magnificent peaks, listening to the nature around us.

LUNCH and BREAKFAST BY PRIOR RESERVATION ONLY.
