The beloved autumn vegetables arrive at Palazzo Scopoli to take center stage alongside some local specialties from Primiero in an exciting cooking class with professional chef, food blogger of Dolci Mari e Monti, and expert in Trentino recipes, Silvia Coletto.
We will prepare an autumn menu, discovering which varieties of vegetables to choose and which spices and aromatic herbs to pair with the different preparations. There will also be tips on how to use those vegetable parts that are often discarded.
Each participant will have a dedicated station for preparing the recipes. At the end of the experience, we will taste the dishes together with a glass of good Trentino wine.
Duration of the course: approximately 3 hours.
