The Primiero Dairy opens its doors to everyone who wants to discover where and how our products are made and why they are so good.
Do you know how cheese is made and how to taste it in the best way? There’s no better way to find out than by visiting our Dairy. Following the journey of the milk supplied by our farmers, you will see where the cheese comes to life, among boilers, vats, and molds, and then enter the rooms where our dairy excellences mature, developing flavor and aromas. Finally, together with a qualified taster, you will have a narrated tasting* of our cheeses to appreciate them to the fullest.
The event includes: visit to the dairy and narrated tasting.
