A day dedicated to the wines of Trentino at Palazzo Scopoli in the exclusive wooden hall from the 1600s.
A narrative of Trentino wines and the territory in which they are born, through a fascinating journey among cellars, history, flavors, and conviviality. You will discover more than 70 labels: from Trentodoc classic method to Müller Thurgau, including Nosiola and a range of classic whites, from Teroldego to Marzemino, exploring other red wines from the territory and a selection of lesser-known wines, all to be discovered.
A ticket will grant you access to the walk around tasting, with dedicated corners and sommeliers ready to guide you through aromas and flavors, always accompanied by local gastronomic excellences reimagined in intriguing finger foods by the students and teachers of ENAIP Primiero for a delightful aperitif in good company. All this in a perspective of mindful drinking, discovering what lies behind and within each bottle, without overindulging, but with the right curiosity to explore new aromas and flavors.
For wine lovers, a guided aperitif paired with 4 local products will provide an opportunity for a face-to-face experience with an expert sommelier. An occasion to experience wine in a mindful and authentic way, discovering Trentino glass by glass.
Grappa from Trentino will also be available for those who wish to end the evening with a spirit.

The initiative is organized by the Consorzio Vini del Trentino and the Strada dei formaggi delle Dolomiti in collaboration with ENAIP Primiero and with the support of the Istituto Trentodoc.
