Cooking class dedicated to canederli and spätzle (also in a summer version).

Guided by Silvia Coletto, chef and food blogger, we will discover all the secrets to prepare some delicious traditional dishes from the Dolomites. There will be some original interpretations featuring seasonal summer vegetables, suggestions for making the recipes lighter, and tips for simplifying preparation and storage. Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for their preparations.

At the end of the experience, we will taste the prepared recipes accompanied by a good glass of Trentino wine.

Cost: €50.00 per person - including cooking class, tasting, and a recipe book dedicated to Trentino first courses.
