Cooking workshop with Silvia Coletto, professional cook, food blogger of Dolci Mari e Monti and expert in Trentino recipes, to learn how to make the delicious Brazedèl, a typical dessert of the Trentino tradition, particularly from Primiero.

A lucky charm donut, perfect as a homemade gift to give during the holidays. 

During the cooking class, we will also prepare sweet leavened buns with a Christmas aroma and scent, perfect for family breakfasts during the holidays.

Each participant will have a workstation for preparing the recipes. At the end of the experience, we will taste together the preparations with a glass of good Trentino wine. 

Duration of the course: approximately 3 hours

Cost: €45.00 per person - including cooking class, tasting, and dedicated recipe book.
