A brief history, with tastings, of this ancient beverage that started from Mesopotamia, crossed through the Middle Ages, the industrial revolution, and arrived at the present day with high-quality craft beers.
At the end of the tasting, Mariluc offers a selection of warm sandwiches paired with medium beer Bionoc' and coffee at a special price. It will also be possible to purchase beers from the Bionoc' brewery.
Fabio Simoni is the founder of the multi-award-winning Bionoc' brewery, as well as a chef, professional sommelier, and beer ambassador at the University of Beer.
