A cooking course to learn about and enhance mountain herbs.  

Silvia Coletto a professional chef, food blogger, and expert in Trentino recipes, along with Elisa Tavernaro owner of the company Erborì - Medicinal Plants Primiero and a connoisseur of mountain herbs, will guide us through this exciting course which will include two training sessions:
  • theoretical lesson with Elisa who will lead us in discovering edible and medicinal flowers and leaves used in peasant tradition;
  • cooking class with Silvia who will accompany us in preparing a dedicated menu where the herbs, gathered and presented by Elisa, will be the stars of traditional Trentino dishes with a touch of originality. Pairings of these precious gifts of nature with other typical ingredients from the Primiero territory will not be missing.
Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for the preparations. At the end of the experience, we will enjoy together the creations with a good glass of Trentino wine.

Cost: €55.00 per person - includes cooking class, tasting, and a dedicated recipe book on herbs.
