Professional chef, food blogger, and expert in Trentino recipes, Silvia Coletto will guide us in the preparation of some traditional breads using mainly rye flour and ancient grains, seeds, and fragrant spices used in the Alpine regions.
During the exciting cooking class, we will also prepare tasty crackers, flavored butter and hummus with winter vegetables to enjoy together with the freshly baked bread.
Each participant will have a dedicated workstation for preparing the recipes. At the end of the experience, we will taste the breads made, accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses from our region and a good glass of Trentino wine.
