Throughout the historic center of Tonadico, artisans, farmers, and merchants take part in the reenactment of the old trades, in a reconstruction of ancient environments. One can thus witness step by step the preparation of two excellences from Primiero: tosèla and luganegha. It will also be possible to follow the dairy supply chains (from milking to tosèla and butter) of haymaking, and of wool (from shearing to spinning).
