Raw milk transfers the aromas of Alpine pasture flowers to the cheeses, safeguarding the work of shepherds and the expertise of cheesemakers. The production of alpine cheeses and butter is not merely an economic activity, but an authentic expression of local identity and culture, passed down from generation to generation.
Raw milk products are not suitable for individuals with a developing or compromised immune system. Therefore, they are not recommended for vulnerable individuals, pregnant women, the elderly, and highly discouraged for children under 10 years old.
