The Great Festival of Desmontegar was born from the desire of the Breeders of Primiero to tell their story, which is made of simplicity and great passion. Breeding, once an essential element for survival, has always represented an important piece for the economy of the Valley. During the Cattle Exhibition Competition, the Breeders of Primiero and Vanoi bring their most beautiful cows to the square.
Here you will find not only cows and calves but also impressive Noriker horses and sweet Avelignese. The exhibition is particularly suitable for children, who can see the animals up close and listen to the stories of the breeders who have turned their love for animal husbandry into a profession.
