The Great Festival of Desmontegar was born from the desire of the Primiero Breeders to narrate their world made up of simplicity and great passion. Breeding, once an essential element for subsistence, has always represented an important piece for the economy of the Valley. During the Cattle Exhibition and Competition, the Primiero and Vanoi breeders bring their most beautiful cattle to the square.
Here you will find not only cows and calves but also impressive Norico breed horses and sweet Avelignese. The exhibition is particularly suitable for children, who can see the animals up close and listen to the stories of the breeders who have transformed their love for animal husbandry into a profession.
At the end of the exhibition, a typical lunch with a special ingredient as the protagonist: Storo flour from the Agri '90 Cooperative.
