The journey returns through meadows and rustic areas, this time in the enchanting location of Siror. An opportunity to discover a territory off the tourist routes, attend demonstrations of activities related to local tradition, as well as taste various dishes and km0 products.
Length: 12km | Elevation+: about 500m. The itinerary includes uphill stretches and is therefore recommended for reasonably fit individuals and children aged 8 and up. The ascent will be pleasantly interrupted by the delightful stops of Dì al Maso, making the effort feel much less. The itinerary unfolds along paved stretches and forest paths, so it is not possible to complete it with a stroller.
Stops
- Stop 1 - Hotel Siror: the day begins with a full dose of tradition. Hot barley coffee and freshly baked apple pie, a simple and genuine breakfast to start with a smile.
- Stop 2 - Ronchet area: refreshing stop with elderflower juice from Agritur Dalaip dei Pape.
- Stop 3 - Peza del Van area: tasting of yogurt from the Primiero Dairy with wild berries from Agritur Dalaip dei Pape accompanied by Alice's accordion.
- Stop 4 - Civerton area: a demonstration stop of haymaking and farming activities of the past.
- Stop 5 - Piada area: tasting of cheeses from the Primiero Dairy.
- Stop 6 - Pianeze area: demonstration of craft works with corn leaves and appetizers with cured meats from Macelleria Bonelli.
- Stop 7 - Pianeze area: demonstration of cheese making of tosèla with a subsequent tasting of this typical Primiero cheese.
- Stop 8 - Polina area: tasting of polenta, stewed beans with sausage and cabbage.
- Stop 9 - Polineta area: storytelling of a Primiero legend.
- Stop 10 - Petina area: break to savor an inviting Linzer Torte and an excellent cup of coffee.
- Stop 11 - Pergher area: delicious snack with smorum and blueberry jam accompanied by "canzon de sti ani" (the songs of the past)
- Stop 12 - Le Rosse area: tasting of grappa or herbal teas and historical notes on the mines of Primiero.
Cost: €30.00 adults | €20.00 children aged 6 to 12 years | Free for children up to 5 years old. Maximum 240 people divided into 4 groups of 60 people, each group accompanied by a guide.
