The event "El Magnar de na volta", in the context of the Filò of Tonadico, does not simply represent mealtime, but a true ritual of sharing, warmth, and community survival. The filò were the evening vigils that took place in winter in the barns, the only place heated by the breath of the livestock. In that intimate atmosphere, amidst stories, songs, and small manual tasks, food played a central role: it had to be simple, caloric, based on local ingredients, and strictly shared. At the "Magnar de na volta," participants will be able to taste dishes from the oldest Primiero tradition, in addition to the classic polenta, sausage, and tosela, dishes that come directly from ancient cookbooks and memories: pape, onion soup, barley risotto, pork ribs with cabbage, smorum, strauben.
