The privilege of being the first to ski freshly groomed pistes, followed by a mountain-top breakfast featuring products from Strada dei Formaggi delle Dolomiti as the sun rises over the peaks. For non-skiers, a guided snowshoe excursion with the Aquile di San Martino Alpine Guides is also available.
