Jennifer Taufer is a figurative artist, engaged in sculpture and painting, born in Trentino, in the Valle di Primiero; she has lived and worked in Carrara for several years, after graduating in sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona.
His artistic career began with wood sculpture and extended to other materials, with a predilection for 'additive' sculpture. She is a figurative artist ranging from sculpture, painting, drawing and illustration. The focus of his artistic exploration is the human body as an approach to reality, as a form of thought. His works invite an empathetic involvement with expressed physicality. The body acts as a medium, as an interface, not simply as a passive envelope, but as a form of being and perception.
For the first time in his career, he presented his work at Primiero. He has exhibited in: Vienna, Florence, Pietrasanta, Biella and Carrara
