The exhibition, at the Casa dell 'Ecomuseo in Canal San Bovo, brings together an evocative selection of black and white photographs that tell the most authentic face of the winter of yesteryear. The shots portray men and women engaged in the traditional works of the cold season: ancient gestures, knowledge handed down and moments of daily life that restore all the effort, dignity and resilience of past generations. An intense and touching visual story emerges, capable of bringing back memories and offering the visitor a precious glimpse of the culture of mountain work, when the rhythm of the seasons marked the life of the communities.
