Children over the age of 16 are allowed access to the Wet Zone only if accompanied by an adult.
Children (hotel guests) are exclusively allowed access to the pool area in full compliance with the rules of the wellness centre in order to guarantee other guests relaxation, if this does not happen we will be forced to deny access.
For external guests, reservations are required to enter the Dolce Vita Spa, as well as for beauty treatments. The minimum age of access is 16 years old.
