DÉRBOL: the mountain experienced with competence and passion
DÉRBOL was born in the heart of the Valle di Primiero, at the foot of the majestic Pale di San Martino. Our name comes from the primierotto dialect and means sprout: a simple but powerful image that recalls growth, connection with nature and the ability to discover new paths.
We are medium mountain guides and International Mountain Leaders, qualified professionals who have chosen to transform their experience and deep knowledge of the territory into an authentic way of living and sharing the mountain.
We believe that every path has a story to tell. This is why our excursions are not simple walks, but opportunities to get to know the territory, observe the environment with different eyes and experience the Dolomites in a more conscious way. We accompany people of all ages and levels of experience, from families who want to spend a day in nature to the most trained hikers looking for challenging itineraries.
We operate mainly between the Primiero Valley, San Martino di Castrozza, the Rolle Pass, the Vanoi and the Lagorai chain, places that we know deeply because we experience them every day. This knowledge allows us to choose the most suitable itineraries, interpret the conditions of the environment and offer safe and well-organised experiences in every season.
Safety is the starting point of all our activities. Accurate planning, assessment of route conditions, group management and attention to the needs of participants are part of our way of working. At the same time, we believe that the mountain should be experienced with lightness, curiosity and a spirit of discovery.
