The Malga Cavallera mountain hut is an alpine hut at 1,680 metres on the Belluno side of the Pale di San Martino.
It is accessible only on foot with a walk of about 45 minutes and about 300 meters of altitude difference.
The menu is made up of simple dishes inspired by tradition and prepared with local ingredients.
The refuge is normally open for the summer season from mid-May to mid-October, and for the winter season from 26 December to early April. For precise dates, please see the shelter website www.rifugiocavallera.it
