Due to its shape and size, this small refuge looks like a fairytale house. Add two high-altitude ponds and that's why so many hikers climb up from Passo Rolle or San Martino di Castrozza (with a little more effort) for a stop at Rifugio Laghetti in Colbricon. Did you know that from these lakes there is a beautiful view of the southern wall of Marmolada, just the one that generally likes to deny itself, surrounded by other peaks? On the opposite side, pay attention to how the rock turns red: you are in the place with a wild charm where the Dolomites end and the Lagorai begins.
