Silence, the glow of the moon illuminating the profiles of the peaks, in the distance you can almost hear the call of some wild animal.

Here comes the highlight… we’ll stop at a malga where, at sunset, an excellent aperitif awaits us with wines from Trentino and a tasting of Primiero cheeses, before diving into a local menu…
I can already imagine it… steaming polenta with the typical Tosèla or a good plate of strangolapreti and then the Trentino desserts… so good they’re to die for!
And there’s one last surprise… with us on the trip will be an author, one of those true ones, who writes books about mountains.

PROGRAM:
- 7:00 p.m. – Meeting promptly at the parking lot located just below the Malga Venegia. At this hour, you will surely find a spot! Go past Pian dei Casoni and arrive in about 2 km on a dirt road to the spacious parking area you will find at the foot of the Malga Venegia. The meeting with the guide is next to the barrier that marks the no entry beyond this point.
From here begins our short walk.
Aldo will be our guide who will explain the meaning and characteristics of the Natural Park, and at the same time, he will be the author of the book that will keep us company during the evening. - 8:00 p.m. – The welcome at the malga couldn’t be better: a unique aperitif that becomes a journey through the wines of Trentino. All paired with the tasty cheeses from the Primiero Dairy and, with a bit of luck, a sunset that will make all your followers envious… it’s the magic of enrosadira, when it happens, it takes your breath away!
- 8:30 p.m. – Dinner at the malga
The moment we were all waiting for!
The evening menu at Malga Venegia, designed for us by Ivan and Romina, includes:
Appetizer of cured meats and cheeses from Primiero
Strangolapreti with Fontal cheese fondue
Ricotta and almond cake
Water, Trentino wine, and coffee are included
For the little ones:
Homemade potato gnocchi with meat ragù
Sausage or hot dog with sautéed potatoes
Ricotta and almond cake
During dinner, the author Aldo Martina will entertain us with some live stories from the book “Once Upon a Time..”, a book for all ages that tells of the animal world between fantasy and reality, referencing myths, legends, commonplaces, and fake news. - 10:00 p.m. – Backpack on, we leave for the night adventure! Guided by the light of the full moon enveloped in the great silence of the night. Our guide will have a series of tools with him that can help us, with a bit of luck, sense the presence of some wild animals. Experiencing the Park in the evening will be a unique sensory emotion, the full moon will do the rest!
- 11:00 p.m. – Return to the starting point. Your special evening ends here, now a nice rest awaits you to better enjoy the experiences of the coming days!
