Primiero Slow Tour Counterclockwise - STAGE 2

Second stage of the Primiero Slow Tour from Rifugio Vederna to Rifugio Fonteghi The second stage starts at Rifugio Vederna. From here, proceed along the forest road (trail marker 733) until you reach the newly constructed path leading to Malga Val de Stua di Sopra (marked Primiero Slow Tour). From the malga, continue along the Giant Fir Trees Trail until you reach Pian Signor. From here, following trail 733, continue towards Valpiana. Proceed on the forest road until Valpiana di Sopra where a path (also 733) starts that climbs the Piadochin hill and descends to Rifugio Fonteghi, the final destination of this second stage. The section of the Giant Fir Trees Trail is particularly valuable due to the presence of numerous centuries-old large trees that make this slope at the foot of the Vette Feltrine unique throughout Trentino.
