Scenic trekking that from Malga Fosse allows you to reach Rifugio Rosetta and the Pale di San Martino Plateau by following the Sentiero dei Finanzieri
The trek starts at Malga Fosse (1936 m), just below Passo Rolle; from here, take path 712, also called Sentiero dei Finanzieri; after a short initial climb, the route crosses the Rio Marmol and Crode Rosse area; in this section, the path is characterized by a series of short but challenging descents followed by ascents until reaching the Pala Monda meadows, where you enjoy an unmatched panorama of the Cimon della Pala, dominating the view. The route then continues on section 712A until it meets path 701 which rises from Baita Colverde. The last stretch is an ascent passing under the Rosetta cable car pylon until arriving at Rifugio Rosetta (2581 m), in the heart of the Pale Plateau.
