3 days of hiking and music along the trails of the majestic Pale di San Martino accompanied by attentive alpine guides and passionate musicians with whom to share the pace, the landscape, and the magical experience of sleeping and living in an alpine refuge.

The protagonists of this experience will be Mario Brunello, artistic director of the festival, and the French violinist Gilles Apap. A unique encounter between nature and music, to experience the mountains authentically, amidst walking, landscapes, and emotions. An exclusive experience, reservation only with limited places.

Itinerary
To undertake the trek, it is essential to be properly equipped and trained.
The path takes place in a high mountain environment, at times exposed and with short fixed ropes.
Minimum age for participation: 12 years


Day 1: Malga Fosse di sopra - Overnight in Refuge (07/09/2026)
The route follows the Finanzieri trail reaching Pala Monda and then continuing on trail 701 until reaching the refuge. The path crosses the gravel slopes below Cimon della Pala up to the green pastures above Crode Rosse, a long traverse under the cliffs reaches trail 701, which concludes the ascent with quick bends and some exposed sections.

Day 2: Altopiano delle Pale - Overnight in Refuge (08/09/2026)
Follow trails 707-711bis-709. The undulating route across the plateau skirts what remains of the glacial world of Fradusta, descending into Val Pradidali below the vertical walls of Pala di San Martino until reaching the refuge. The long journey crosses the heart of the massif across the vastness of the “Deserto dei Tartari” and then enters under the rocks sought after by traditional mountaineering.

Day 3: Refuge – locality Parti Col (09/09/2026)
The route from the refuge is a short ascent until reaching Passo di Ball via trail no. 715, continuing to beneath the west face of Pala di San Martino where it intersects trail no. 702 (here approximately 200 meters of equipped section with fixed rope with mandatory via ferrata kit) which leads down to Col dei Becchi and finally to Prati Col, concert venue.
