Activity Duration: full day | Before the excursion that will take us to Malga Fossetta; children and adults will participate in an activity to learn how to make butter from fresh cream, which will then be used in the afternoon pastry workshop. The walk to the malga is open to all families and the path is suitable for strollers (about 200 meters of positive elevation gain). Once we arrive, the life of the herdsman will be explained, and we will stop for a tasty snack. Afterwards, we will return to Agritur Broch for lunch, and in the afternoon the children will have fun making cookies while the adults prepare strudel to take home.
